Dr. Kafiya Mohamed Arte, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Pacific Medical Centers in Renton, Washington. An Everett Community College and University of Washington alumna, she completed medical school at Ross University and residency with WSU's Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine at Providence Everett. Her story has been featured in The Everett Herald and by WSU Medicine.
The foundation represents Dr. Arte's philanthropic vision and community initiatives. Formal nonprofit registration is in development. In the interim, education donations can be directed to the Everett Community College Foundation—the organization Dr. Arte publicly pledged to support as her first act as an attending physician.
The foundation is rooted in the Pacific Northwest, with administrative contact in Everett, WA and clinical ties across Renton, Everett, and Issaquah. Programs focus on Washington communities and diaspora connections to the Horn of Africa.

MercyWatch is an Everett-based nonprofit providing street medicine to unsheltered residents. Dr. Arte has volunteered with MercyWatch during residency. The foundation supports similar outreach models that meet patients where they are.
Yes. We welcome volunteers for mentorship, translation, event support, and clinical-adjacent outreach. Medical professionals interested in street medicine should also explore MercyWatch and Providence community programs in Snohomish County.
Yes. Dr. Arte practices internal medicine at Pacific Medical Centers Primary Care in Renton (1801 Lind Avenue SW, Building D). Appointments can be made through Pacific Medical Centers at 425-227-3700. The foundation is separate from her clinical practice.
